+For our 5-gallon jugs, we charge a ₵10 refundable deposit. When you return the empty bottle in good condition, we refund the deposit on your next order or provide a credit note.
Can I mix different products in my subscription?
+Yes! Our flexible subscription plans allow you to mix and match products. You can combine 5-gallon jugs with 1-liter bottles or sachet water based on your needs.
What is the minimum order for free delivery?
+We offer free delivery for all orders of ₵5 and above within our service areas. For orders below ₵5, a ₵3 delivery fee applies.
How long does the water stay fresh?
+Our water has a shelf life of 6-12 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The expiration date is clearly printed on all packaging.
Can I change my subscription frequency?
