Due to the nature of our products (consumable water), returns are generally limited to specific circumstances. However, we're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our service.
Eligible for Return
We accept returns under the following circumstances:

Damaged Products: If your water bottles arrive damaged or leaking

Wrong Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered

Quality Issues: If the water quality doesn't meet our standards (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

Undelivered Orders: If your order wasn't delivered as scheduled
Important Note
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed water containers.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Return Process
If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via phone, email, or your customer dashboard

We'll schedule a pickup for the return items (for eligible cases)
Get Resolution
Receive your refund, replacement, or credit within 3-5 business days

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cash payments, we'll provide store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged goods, etc.).
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

After Dispatch: Cannot be cancelled once out for delivery
